Administration

The Administration group is where you set up and maintain the supporting data that the rest of VIMS relies on — the inspection templates, the organisations and people involved, and the shared reference lists.

Open the Administration group in the sidebar to reach its pages:

Page	What it is for
Inspection Models	Build and maintain the inspection templates (chapters, sections, and questions) that inspections are carried out against.
Entity Management	Manage inspection companies, ship owners, and technical operators.
User Management	Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access.
Inspector Management	Maintain the list of inspectors.
Master Tables	Edit the shared reference lists (vessel types, fleet groups, offices, causes, and more).
Email Log	Review the emails VIMS has sent.

Availability depends on your role

The Administration pages are typically restricted to administrator roles. If you don't see this group, your role doesn't include these permissions.
